Annual radiotherapy conference is an opportunity to learn about thermoplastics

With an attendance of nearly 250 professionals, Vertec uses this popular meeting to present its involvement in new radiotherapy products and, in 2020, as a launch pad for an addition to the range of Klarity thermoplastic materials.

Klarity Blue is said to be fast and easy to set up, rigid when cool and has minimum shrinkage. For patient comfort, Blue masks cool quickly and can be removed after six minutes. St Luke’s is looking at being the first centre in the UK to use Klarity Light Green thermoplastic.

White explained: “The meeting is getting increasingly more important to Vertec as it gives us the opportunity, in a relaxed setting, to explain to radiotherapy professionals just what Vertec brings to their table.”
